Ok I built my projector with a 400 wat metal halide bulbe , reflector , 220 frens, lcd , 330 frens ... Here is the trick I built it standing up .. Instead of putting the 45 degree angel mirror in the box I Put my projection lens on the top covered by a mirror from an ohp.. Chck this out you would think no need to adjust the frens for keystoning but I have too. Some how when the image hits the projection lens and then hits the mirror from the ohp there is a tilt factor.. The bottom frens is solid mounted. the lcd is solid mounted as well.. I am going to try some ideas this afternoon when I WAKE UP/

Putting the mirror after the triplet doesn't mean that you have automatic keystone correction. You can't get keystone correction from a flat mirror, it just doesn't happen.

at first I thought you were saying that if you have your projector sitting level and standing up straight, that when you used the mirror to reflect your image, for some reason your image was trapazoidal, even though you were shooting it straight/level with the top of the projector. If that makes sense.... either way, it sounds like your question has been answered

So this isn't the "I Got A Wierd Question" projector.
