Fresnels facing the right direction? (grooves facing each other)
Are the fresnels in the right places? (220 near lamp, 330/650 near triplet)
Start with the lamp at the FL of the rear fresnel, and adjust it from there.

I had the reflector to close to the bulb. I moved it further back and the discoloration disappeared.

The screen still dose not have the even brightness I am looking for & a very slight ring, that I probably would not even see if I was just to look at that screen, lol

I think I am 90% there with 90% to go wink.gif

thanks for your help

That sounds like my experience. The closer my reflector gets to the bulb, the more hot spotting, glowies and discolored white screen I get. The temptation is closer reflector postion increases brightness with the bad side effects. I've found a sweet spot that is a nice comprimise. I think the issues are cause by the virtual arch mixing with the actual bulb arch in size and position.
