Does anyone strip LCD LG L1753S or LG L1718S?
I can't find any 17'' compatible LCD in my country.

Are you looking for a guide on how to strip the LG 1718s ? If you are i can help as i stripped one just yesterday

The LG L1718S is a great monitor i am curently using my stripped lcd on a OHP as it is my first build and at only 2200 lumins it has great visability.

I will hopefully be starting a plog very soon to show my results.

Have you begun stripping the monitor at all yet or not?

I will try to post a guide as soon as possible.

Because the LG L1718s is not in the Compatible monitor list. So, I have a little worry about the stripping. But I've just been confirmed by you about the compatibility of this monitor in our projects. That would be great information for me.
But for the advantage, I still need your experience in stripping this one. Could you send the pictures or the guide to me, please?

Thats weired because the LG L1718S was on the compatibal monitors list but has been removed for some reason ??? ill add it back on. as soon as i can get my camara hooked up i will add the pictures.

Thank you so much for your pictures. It's usefull for my stripping. I'll post my pictures after the stripping. By the way, Do we need to remove the Antiglare of this monitor?

I know im not going to as i dont feel it will have much effect and i also dont want to risk damaging the lcd .

The monitor does have anti glare though.

I've already stripped my LG 1718S! I'll post the picture early!

My LG monitor using friends please answer some of my questions.
1=Is LG worse than BENQ monitor?
2=Are the data that LG claims true i mean 2000:1 contrast ratio and all(Till date no other monitor has such a huge contrast).
3=Does such a huge contrst really makes a great difference to the picture quality?
