Today I stopped by a pawn shop and they had 3 different rotozips with different numerous attachments all for 30 bucks.

Now considering that I am someone who doesn't own any tools other than a dremel and a regular home tool set, I don't want to have to buy a router a saw and a whole bunch of other tools to build a projector.

my question is could a rotozip do all the cutting i need to make the enclosure for my projector. I know I can cut the fresnel with my dremel and the speed variations would be alot better using it, but as far as the wood cutting and framing for the lcd and fresnel, do you think the rotozip could do the job, or am i better off with a seperate circular saw, jigsaw, router and all the other tools.

By the ay this rotozip has everything, and they have different models, all of them with attachments, and i tested them, all of them works.

here are the models the SCS01, SCS01LE, and RZ1

Well I'm just about done with my projector and I used a rotozip for some of the cuts but I tended to burn a bit to often to be able to make some of the really long cuts. Cutting fan holes and the triplett hole worked really well tho. Just kinda dusty but that might have just been the MDF. For the straight cuts on the main box I had Home Depot cut it in the store for me. Made it alot easier to get everything home too.
