Is there a way to connect a dimmer onto the light bulb or something? I want to project a 35" and 100" image, without blinding anybody at 35".

I don't think you will need a dimmer switch. You can adjust the brightness on the display if the image is to bright.

Any recommendations for the lighting equipment i should use if i were to do the 35"?
