The box from TESCORP - Very nice craftsmanship. Much better than I can do even if I had the tools.

A truly ghetto way to raise the lightbox, but it works... for now. Eventually I will build a small box to raise it to the appropriate height and secure it down. I realize the risk of fire but its sufficiently cooled and haven't scorched any paper... yet tongue.gif.

Seating arrangement. Nothing fancy but it works. Now to add cup holders... biggrin.gif

Of course, no projector is complete without media to feed into it. The PJ sits on top of this media rack.

The screen. 90" 16:9 aspect ratio.

And finally the projector in good use. Poor quality camera and as everyone says it truly does look better in person. Unfortunately no lilu shot to show off as I don't have the movie.

Looks like you did a great job! Do you think you could post a picture of a movie trailer or something like that because they are free on xbox live (gotta love xbox live biggrin.gif )
TESCORP

Looking at the digital picture it seems as though I do have darker edges. While looking at the projected image though in person, all I see is even color all around. I'm very impressed with how it came out actually its much better than I expected.

Will put up some more pics in a few days. Working a double shift after an 8 hour turn around today so I'm quite busy blink.gif

Took a quick picture of the girl pic. I was amazed at how nice it looks! Course the digital camera picture doesn't to do it justice. I can't seem to be able to hold the camera still enough while it exposes.

Check to see if your digi camera has a self timer. If it does set it up on something point it at your screen and pull the trigger. It'll cure your shakes, not as good as a couple of beers and no where near as satisfying wink.gif smile.gif

Unfortunately nothing to really set the camera on except the PJ itself. I tried a few more

from what I have seen the camera is what makes the edges look dark as the camera tries to compensate for the light difference from center to edge. human eyes cant see the subtle difference where as the digital camera can and enhances the effect. of course if the image is so mis-aligned the dark corners will be obvious. I have mine tweaked up as much as I can get out of it and still the pics look the way they do compared to real life.
