Still a work in progress, this is just a preliminary trial with an overhead projector. but its still pretty bad ass.

The overhead projector is somewhat less than perfect. It dosnt have a condenser lens, and needs a better triplet. also it only puts out about 2,000 lumens (20,000 is par). also the overhead projector has lots of light leak, less than ideal if you want a dark room. Its also to small for the whole LCD panel, its cutting off about 3 inches



Also need to make a real screen, this is just a white bedsheet taped to a wall.

so yeah, future plans are to order some better lenses and a sexy metal halide lamp and then build a verticle projector inside an entertainment unit.

So far the only cost has been the LCD screen, a BenQ 531, which i got for 60 bucks.
