I apologise if this has been posted somewhere else, however I was unable to find them here or using Google.

I would like to know if anyone has successfully scaled the 15" Haas design to 17".

I am starting my first project with these components:

17" IBM Thinkvision LCD.

1 x PJ-2500 Pro Triplet Lens
(100mm diameter f500mm)
1 x PJ-1003 Pro Condenser Fresnel Lens
(431mm x 406mm x 2mm f220mm)
1 x PJ-1002 Pro Field Fresnel Lens
(431mm x 406mm x 2mm f650mm)

PJ-150L 150 Watt Ceramic Metal Halide Bulb
PJ-BK15 150 Watt Ceramic Metal Halide Ballast Kit

And would like to use the Haas Design.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have scaled the Haas up for the 17" panel. what you need to do is just add a few inches to the top and bottom dimensions and make the enclosure at least 15" I.D., just use the stock Haas drawing for a template and mod it up. use your panel dimensions for a reference.

Thanks for the reply , I have managed to get the measurements right for the enclosure however what size are the front and back Fresnel’s cut too (you can see the Fresnel’s I am using from my previous post) ?

I cut my fresnels 12" x 14" so they fit in the 13" x 15" frame I make for them. the fresnels you have will work fine after they are cut down. just remember to cut an even amount off each side so you dont offset the center.
