I know this is totally random but please bear with me.
Is it possible to have a picture that is custom made to appear in focus for someone with less than perfect eyesight? I am just extrapolating from my experience using binoculars and then having someone with glasses use them. The image appears out of focus to me when I get them back, but it is focused for the person wearing glasses. If the source actually looks that way would it appear "in focus" for the person who would normally wear glasses? Is there a software display modification that is available to accomplish this? I just don't know if it is even possible. I leave the answering to those wiser than I am.

The screen would just appear more out of focus.

I have to admit, this one had me thinking for a minute. The thing with prescription lenses (glasses, contacts, binoculars, diving googles) is that the light is passing through the lens to your eye. The lens is making adjustments in the path of the light so it appears correct to a (in my case) myopic eye. In the projector case, the lens is never between your eye and the image -- so that's why just the blurriness.
