One of the cables that came with the fc2 socket are too short. The other cable doesn't need to be as long so I'm going to cut a piece from it and attach it to the other. I'm wondering which way is the easiest for connecting the two cables. Can I use terminal blocks that are limited to a maximum voltage of 400V? Or should I just solder the two wires together?
