My lenses arrived today so I began stripping my LCD.
Ive managed to strip it down to the bare LCD and board but the board has a large silver sticker over it that is also attached to the LCD frame.
I could peel it off but im affraid it will damage the tracers. Any advise?

could you cut it from the frame and leave it on the board?

I just cut the baord from the frame and the screen still works ok.
No pics as photobucket hates me.
