I know this is kind of subject to a lot of things but my Eballast from LL has a small fan and thats louder than my 2 90cfm fans, its more high pitched and stands out, does anyone have any suggestions to fix this with out voiding my warranty? This usually just happens when a wires hitting the fan or the fan itself is worn down, the ballast is brand new will the warranty cover fan replacement?
