12x12 Tablet, good enough for anything even proffesional use unless you are doing stuff VERY seriously

Wacom (good quality) tablets sense the pen even if you hover it 9 mm above the surface. This means that you have space to squeeze in a LCD monitor. If you buy a cheap tablet then you probably wont have that much control distance between the pen and the tablet, and you wont be able to squeeze the LCD in between.

Not true, we have done testing the good tablets have around 16-22 mm I think, and the older ones have around 9-12 mm
