I recently bought one of those N4's so i can connect my consoles to my pj but i have noticed a lag when playing games. Is my N4 stuffed or thats how it is ?

I have an N6 and do not notice any lag. Is your console connected directly to the unit and then the unit directly to your PJ? What console and what connections are you using?

Yep.

I have noticed the lag with both s-video and the standard yellow av cable and both systems ( ps2 and xbox) Its pretty annoying.

I thought it might have been my LCD but when i connect my PC to it its perfect. Even the xbox 360 connected straight into the pj using the VGA cable its perfect.
