Hey all,

Designing a projector with a 7" lilliput screen...need answers to two critical questions.

Using

- 275-320 focal triplet (40 mm back and 50 mm front lens)
- 150 HCI-T Powerball bulb G12
- Tridonic.atco electronic ballast
- cold-mirror reflector 40mm focal

1. Should I use a 305 mm or a 330 mm focal condensor fresnel?
2. Should I use a 160 mm or 220 mm focal collector fresnel?
3. What focal pre-condensor would be best? Currently have 3" (76.2 mm) diameter and 4" (101,6 mm) focal at hand

Thanks,

h3ndrix

Oh, forgot, its a split design with 15 mm between collector fres. LCD and 25 mm between lcd and condensor fresnel

I don’t hold allot of faith in the vari-focal triplet though.
