I have access to a bunch of LCD arrays with up to 72LCD's on each PCB (some have fewer some are sqaure some are round). Does anyone have an opinion on which would be best for a projector project? I had put away the idea of building a projector when I got my HDTV, but now I'm thinking oif doing it for fun. I figure the LCD arrays can give off enough light without all the problems of all the other light sources I thought of (halogen etc...) all of which gave off WAY TOO MUCH HEAT) ...ANY input, advice, ideas etc. would be GREATLY appreciated.

You mean 'LED' arrays right?
