I'm amazingly impressed with the specifications on the LL65K bulb for sale by the LumenLab store, but I have one question about it. Is it possible to use this bulb with another 400w M135 ballast configuration or is it specific to the LumenLab ballast?

The LL65K T15 Lamp doesnt need to be used with the LL Eballast, but should be used with a m59 ballast not a m135.

I got my ballast from here, it's not electric but it is an m59, can't hear it over my fans, and they're pretty quiet.

From what I understand (from what I've read here, and here) an M59 probe start is your best bet for a alternative to an E-ballast.

Edit: looks like cereal beat me to it.

Thanks for the help, guys! This projector project has dumped into a few realms I had never really had the opportunity to explore (like purchasing HID components smile.gif ), so it's got me really excited. These forums have been incredibly helpful in getting me caught up to speed with the whole mess of topics and the members have been exceedingly helpful. Thanks again!
