My LCD have some stuck pixels. (I'm not sure if it's stuck pixel or dead pixel).

I find this software: http://www.jscreenfix.com/

I'll try it and report the results...

There is some reasoning to suggest that if you gently apply pressure around the spot (massage in towards the spot), you stand a small chance of fixing it. You also stand a small chance of making things worse.

I'd tried the above and it can work but like Mark says it can make things worse...

yeah, just turn off your monitor while running the program so that you don't waste energy..... just kiddin'
How long does it normally take to fix a stuck pixel (assuiming it's repairable) - and did it work for the guys who left it on for weeks?

Anyone had any luck with the programs removing a stuck pixel _line_? I have a red line right down the middle of my screen. I assume it is because I bumped some of the controls the wrong way, but if a simple program would fix it, that would be cool!

That sounds like a loose-connection or a dying-inverter... ohmy.gif
