Does anyone out here know where I might be able to find a controller for a 6 1/2 inch sharp lcd panel? I have a couple of old proxima lb10s and wanted to use the panels in a LL type situation. The original controll boards have "issues".
Thanks for any help.

The model number is Sharp LQ64P312. I don't have any pictures of it, but maybe this Friday I can get some up.

Try http://crutchfield.partsearch.com
If they dont show it call the 800 number and they will find it.

Here are some pics of the panel finally. The panel is a 6.4 inch sharp LQ64P312 resolution is 640 x 480.
Please let me know if you know of any place that might have a controller for it. I did try crutchfield, but they could only find parts for the original projector.

Thanks again.

Hi man, I'm writing from ITaly, currently I'm managing with mine LQ64SP1, I bought it together with a good vga controller from my source [a private one, not online shop] in germany, if you're interested I can give some infos, just ask..I think the controller could be the same viewing your ffc plug and knowing your Lcd reso.
It works with a cheap 1 A 12 Vdc power supply and it has S-Video, Vga and Video-rca pin inputs.
Here it is in attachment.

Greetz from ITaly!

Hi...

I searched a while till i found this...
My Question is what if i got only the Panel?

Am I able to work with it? and how? Do i need an adapter for the Output of the Panel to use it? or do i need special Hardware?
on top of that i don't find an input for the power supply

Would be pleased for help

Thanks
Leander
Meanwhile i found out that i need a
LCD Controller with vga input ect.

But now i got the Question where i can found these ones?

Because i'm living in the nowhere it's not so easy to go to the next shop... so i try to find evrything over internet..

but it seems that there is nobody who got really several different of them (only some high end things i don't really want)

on top of that the prize of these things was about 50 €... is this thing realy the expensivest thing about a little monitor?

Anothertime would be pleased for help

Thanks
