i have a main frame thats going to hold everything. on the lid there is 6 grooves that will travel from the sides around to the inlet slot then thru the inlet slot thats cut in the top of the frame. ive got a pocket milled at the bottom of the isolation glass to allow the air to get in the light chamber. i thought doing it this way might keep light in and still get the air delivered to the right area. not sure yet. heres a pic of the lid and the main frame.

dm.....the cooling channels seem to bog down the fan. if i was going to try to keep that design i would need alot more channels but for now i added the 3/8 slot to the top.

im not loosing as much light as i thought i would. i was having some bad light getting thru the triplet because in my design i didnt completely frame the fresnels or the lcd. i put some electrical tape around them and i have perfect borders now

. still need to work on my bowl. think if i move it more toward the light ill get even a brighter picture. cant be more pleased with what ive got so far.
