i have a main frame thats going to hold everything. on the lid there is 6 grooves that will travel from the sides around to the inlet slot then thru the inlet slot thats cut in the top of the frame. ive got a pocket milled at the bottom of the isolation glass to allow the air to get in the light chamber. i thought doing it this way might keep light in and still get the air delivered to the right area. not sure yet. heres a pic of the lid and the main frame.

dukemd4
sure glad i didnt buy that williams jersy i saw. hows that espn game? graphics as good?
dukemd4
dm.....the cooling channels seem to bog down the fan. if i was going to try to keep that design i would need alot more channels but for now i added the 3/8 slot to the top. rolleyes.gif im not loosing as much light as i thought i would. i was having some bad light getting thru the triplet because in my design i didnt completely frame the fresnels or the lcd. i put some electrical tape around them and i have perfect borders now biggrin.gif . still need to work on my bowl. think if i move it more toward the light ill get even a brighter picture. cant be more pleased with what ive got so far.
dukemd4
ive already shown this pic before but im just trying to get my posted pics smaller. sorry about that.
