How would an lcd with a resolution of 1440x234 look in a diy projector?

I'd wager a large sum of money that the resolution is 1440x234 dots, not pixels.. well thats misleading. The first number is horizontal dots, the second is vertical pixels. 3 dots (R, G, B ) = 1 pixel. The resolution of the panel is 480x234.. kinda stupid huh? This would be fine for smaller projections up to maybe 70"
