Full Version: Lcd Problem
I just got this LCD free. It has a problem, when you turn it on it shows the image for a sec and then goes black. I checked the vga plug and it is missing some of the little metal guys. I doubt that this is the problem. What else could be the culprit?
Did you strip it? If not then it could be the back light. Just a thought

havn't stripped it yet, probably will tonight or tommorow.

Well it ended up having a bad ffc issue and I ended up tearing it right off the board.
