I love my projector, I was tweaking with the keystone the other day and i had my front lens maybe 1 inch away from the lcd, today i changed my hanging front lens so its right up to the lcd, and my dark corners went away, image brightness went up probably 10%, and now i can read text perfectly on any part of the screen

the only issue is heat however i will be checking that for the next few hours but i have 2 90cfm so i think im find

its around 80F in the projector now, good vacation spot

I wonder if its better to do all digital keystoneing because maybe the loss from lens adjustments doesnt seem worth it, anyway its all good

also i just noticed how nice my blacks are now that all the lights being focused wow incredable, i would do a before and after if i had a camera

one more thing i had to shink my immage smaller than the lcd to get the picture to fit before but now the projections smaller so i can use all of the lcd and thus get the better quality, good stuff

It's great to make progress...congrats!!!

If you have the ability to do digital keystoning, and therefore don't need the more mechanical method of tilting the field fresnel, you may be able to change things around to an unsplit and your pic may get even better. Keys to this would be that you have the flexibility in your enclosure to make this adjustment, and that your fresnels are large enough to give you complete light coverage in an unsplit design. Something to try if you feel like fiddling.

Again, congrats!
