Hello,

I am having trouble with my bulb's emitting light. And the same behavior occurs on two different bulbs. What happens is that the light is pulsing severely. Sometimes the bulb dosnt even come on, but most of the time it does. When the light pulses it also gets lighter and darker slightly. Would this problem most likely be related to a bad e-ballast or should I re-connect my wiring? I have ruled out the bulb being a problem because I get similar behavior on two different bulbs. Also I have made sure the silver mogule tab is hitting the bulb base.

Thanks,

I would isolate the ballast and bulb in a seperate circuit. Since you have an eballast you should be able to run a new power wire directly from the wall thus bypassing all your PJ's internal circuitry. So.. just wall to ballast, ballast to bulb.. making sure ballast to bulb is properly connected. If the bulb still pulses, its either your ballast, or surges from the wall.
