Hello,
Working on ideas for small PSOne PJ. Where can I buy a 250W MH light kit?
LL seems to only have 400W kits. ohmy.gif

Or should I just stick with a OHP lamp setup since I'll be only projecting a 50 inch image from approx 10ft.
Thanks!

Well, the OHP bulbs are small, which is definitely a plus... but the short lifespan is
definitely something to think about. A 250w MH bulb usually is 20,000 hrs, whereas
my 410w FXL OHP has a rating of 75hrs. I had bought the 250w MH setup for my
newer build from my local store (Light Bulb Connection, which may ship) for around
$100. Bulb (BT28), ballast (M58) and mogul base.

You can get a decent reflector from Target, since they carry this small steel bowl
that is perfect for the BT28 and T15 bulb shapes once cut, or you can just get the
pro reflector from LL since there are tons of people who have used it and plenty of
ideas for mounts.
