Ok guys, so I screwed up my Westinghouse 15" LCD, accidentally cracked the screen. So I took a chance and bought an untested LCD today from Fred Meyer. I bought the 5Tx 15" CTL monitor, this one. But I do need a 10 pin FFC extension. (I believe that's how many pins I counted ) Does anyone know where I can get one, or if I can use a 16 pin connector I have and just cut it down to size? Oh and also, is there any way to use an old zif connector from my westinghouse to join the 2 wires together? Or possibly some way of retro fitting them with a clamp or something? I am seriously broke now for a week, really want to get this thing running right now, any way that I can.
