That sub enclosure looks great! The green and silvers look real good together, and the piece of MDF(?) really sets it off! What is the advantage to having the amps above the speakers? Do the subs contribute to cooling the amps or soemthing?

Its just a floating amp rack.. its more for looks, the amps get so hot you cant touch them...
there realy well built... and dont over heat.. for some odd reason they get very hot...

i think the sun gets them warmer than they should be..

But theres 4 pp12 subs in there
being powerd by the crossfire 302 amps..

its loud.. very loud

built for looks
and spl drag racing

but were not done with the car..

all the rust and dents are coming out this winter
and were building some more on the subs so there
will be 6 insted of 4..

its a good custom set up..

fun to play with!

nice speakers! i always have to laugh when people pay more for the sound system then the car its self . I had a 1980 buick century (paid $300 cash for it) and dumped a good grand in a sound system (and yes i laughed at myself while doing it - thats half the fun! )
