Ok, I'm starting out on a shoe string, but have a 12" 800x600 lcd that I've already striped. Easy, done in about 10 minutes. Only problem I've run into is that there is a board that plugs into the verticle edge of the lcd. "IF" I can find or anyone has a suggestion for an extension cable for this socket, would be greatly appreciated and I'll move on building my first/prototype projector! Been lurking here for at least a year, just joined and looking forward to sharing with all teh other members. Thanks in advance. Including an image of the socket, looks like it has 50 connectors total. Moniter is a GrandView 121TSA.
