No I dont have them, but I know I've seen them around here somewhere.... If not I'll make some once I get the dimensions right. Is Auto-cad ok for you?

aluminum, sounds cool. someone made one from metal a while back, dont know if it was aluminum. there should be some plans in the plans section of the forum, if you need any help let me know. you might want to contact Haas_man, he might have some autocad files for you or contact joe2000chevy.

Yes autocad is fine. I have been looking around for them for awhile now. I seen them once, but haven't found them since.

I think mine was the first metal one, and is aluminum as well. While the whole thing may weigh in at around 25 lbs, it is a bit hot and noisy. I do like the portability of it, and I've used it in many different locations. My next one will be a vertical MDF monstrosity with a HTPC built into the base of it. I'm hoping to make it floor standing so it won't need any stands or anything, with casters to make it "portable". You can check out my PLOG for more info on my build. It was a pain in the but that I wouldn't do again though.

I read through your post looks interesting, I'm sure I will be referencing it during this build. Good luck with the vertical design.
