Hello all fellow DIYer's!

I too have been a lurker for a few weeks now. I have bought the guide and ready to begin.

I am looking at the Dell 15” E152FP Flat Panel LCD Monitor. Does anyone have any thoughts on this monitor? How is stripping? Easy?

Does the PC only compatibility prohibit me from using it with another video source such as a DVD player?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Contrast is weak and it isn't known to strip so you could face cable extensions. You can use a DVD player with a scan converter like the N6.
