Nice grade, reasonable prices and all the fittings to boot.

If you want to do DIY, try the Home Depot 12 guage or thicker extension cord and put your own terminations that you need. It has gotten some great reviews compared to esoteric cables costing hundreds of dollars per FOOT.

Or try Heartland Cables. I have the interconnects as well as their Bi-amp speaker cables. I have been very satisfied with them. The build quality is fantastic, and the owner is a true gentleman. These are great premium cables without the high costs.

Another vote for Home Depot. It gets great reviews over at avsfourm.com Monoprice is another great resource for cables.

just make sure you give BestBuy and Circuit City the finger as you drive by.

I use the in-wall stuff for everything, 14 gauge and blends right in.

you can save even more money by using gauge wire required for your setup. 16awg should be fine for lengths up to 50ft.
