I have a light leak below my projected image on my screen - its just a bar of light -
does anyone else have this and how have you gotten rid of it?

you need to seal around you lcd for light leaks, use some kind of material that is black.

modest911,
Yup, if it's at the bottom of your projection then it's at the top edge of your lcd panel inside your enclosure. You have a small gap between the top of the lcd and your lid. If you have the lcd framed I would use a cut down piece of weather strip, this should take care of your light bar. I have my lcd sealed off around the frame. You want the air to travel from outside your box, down the lcd and past the 1/2" gap then exit out the back of your box.
Make sure you are not pulling air from within the projector or the light chamber.
Tip, black electrical tape works well as a seal.
Cheers,
Lee
