It is already a few days now that my browser informs me that the Lumenlab store cannot be displayed. Does anybody see the store?

Naa, it's still there! There must be something wrong with your browser. I'd suggest clearing our your cookies and/or cache. If you're using Firefox all you have to do is hit Ctrl + Shift + Del .

Please help, cannot access Lumenlab store! I accessed it many times in the past, last time about three days ago.
Firefox response: Click to view attachment. I also get the standard "page cannot be displayed" response from the Explorer.

P.S., I cleaned all cache and cookies I could.

Are you going through any proxy or firewall that's blocking access to HTTPS port 443?
Can you go to any other secure HTTPS website?
itsikw
Oh, I checked it out. But Gmail and PayPal work fine from my computer (and I think they use https), plus my system administrator allowed port 443 (tcp) on our firewall. It still didn't work. Is there some other port range or something? Or any other necessary apllications?

Thanks again,

There are other devices such as SurfMon and IDS's used in workplace networks that might disallow access to certain sites.
What about from home?

Hi,

I think I made some progress. When I tried and access the shop through FireFox, I noticed that the URL is secure.lumenlab.com. When I try to ping this host, I get an "unknown host" error (not even a request timed out).
This leads me to the conclusion that the problem is not in my firewall (and my Admin also bypassed my firewall for me), but in the DNS name resolution. Since the technician at the ISP could easily access the site, and I can't not from my office or my home, I think it might have something to do with the ISP.

Could you please tell me the IP, and I can try and add it manually to my lmhosts file?

Thanks

Name: secure.lumenlab.com
Address: 67.15.94.102

And it should go into the hosts file, not lmhosts.

It is very strange that your PC cannot resolve just that one name.

OK, I am back in business now.
This is really unusual occurance, never happened to me before. I reported this to my ISP, maybe he will be able to shed light on this mystery.
Anyway, thanks a lot for your help, Paladin. It looks as if I am going to spend a lot of time here with this friendly community smile.gif .
