Hello Everyone,

Well first off I am going to have to Thank everyone that has graciously put there plog’s on here for the world to see if not for them none of this would be possible. Once again Thanks A Million !!! Now on to my own plog, it all started a long time ago back when I had hopes of a 100” TV and all I got was my 19” TV turned upside-down and a crappy picture that wasn’t worth watching. So after that I kind of lost all hope of being able to make/view my own big screen TV. Ok now fast forward a couple of years to the present date, that’s when it all happened, while surfing around the web I came across LUMEN LAB and my dreams of having the big screen TV all came flooding back and this time it looked very promising , At first I was going to go with the standard Pj box that I see a lot of people doing for there first PJ build but then I came across Haas Man post and everything changed I knew then that this was the one I wanted sitting in my Tv room, So with a little carpentry skills under my belt and the drive to have Big Screen viewing my quest began !!!

Cornbread,

Welcome! I hope this is as much fun for you as it is being for me (So far!) I'm also making a Hass box and if you have the right tools it is a breeze. Looking forward to see your progress!

I decided to go with the shower drain idea for my focusing so I took my router and cut down my board to around a ¼ in to allow more space for focusing…

Now for a few test fire shots I still dont have my reflector in place and I know I have alot of tweeking to do. The box is about 6' away from a bare wall that is painted an Oats color the first two image's size are little over 6' x 4' 16:9 and the second two shot's are 4:3 so 6' x 5'? something, my camera was set to night mode then I resized the pic to be able to post them it look's alot brighter in person... biggrin.gif
