well i guess its time for me to put up some pics of my build........that is of course, what i have so far....i broke my original lcd, so im replacing it with the psone screen, but it hasnt arrived yet

im pretty sure you know the parts list by now(at least better than i do)
small LL triplet
standard LL fresnels
lexan heat shield/uv filter
ushio umh 400 /U, ed28 bulb
howard industries ballast
2 12v 80mm fans.....high cfm
wiring..........ect.........ect
edit........i used a stainless ladel for the reflector

this is my first real build.......i kind of made one to do some testing, but it was in no way a permanent fixture....this one took me about 25-28 hours to get it where it is at right now.....but i still have to set the lcd in, but that is about all thats left......................i think

well here are a few shots of the enclosure and guts......my photography skills suck

well here are some screenies of my cd case i used to focus with......im using a 6" lcd frame to give an idea on screen size......

with the lights on...as you can tell



those marks that you see are on the surface of the cd case....not going to be in my projected image
