Is it possible to use LL older E-Ballast with capacitor to get more out of your lamp? Or has anyone modded E-Ballast's guts?

Alteration of any eballast is absolutely not recommended in my opinion and use of any external modifiers would most certainly void the warranty.
It would take a significant amount of electronics knowledge to perform any modification whatsoever to an eballast.
That said, some members have looked into the guts of the eballast and used their considerable knowledge in examining the various components within to identify and reproduce a circuit diagram. To my knowledge no one has yet to actually modify an eballast and I reiterate that I highly recommend NOT doing so.
The eballast is a high energy device and the standard "No user serviceable parts inside" and "Caution: Electrical shock risk" warnings should be heeded in this case.

Don't kill your e-ballast by trying. Even if you have a good idea on how they work, there is 70 parts inside and most are already at 90% of max.
Buy a coil ballast. Can you say BRICK.
