Another aussie here

Aussie here too, in Brisbane. I'm thinking I might have to give this a go and with the current living room setup we have I might try an upside down vertical with a fold...

Lots of info here and still reading. Got a construction idea in mind for the vertical that I thought was good, then saw that others have done similar so hey, must work ok.

Aussie in Sydney here, still floating around trying to obtain the parts to start on this thing! Aiming for a 15.4 projector, just a bit worried that it won't work so well after the money I've spent on it
Any aussies around that have tried the full HD route?

does any auzzie's know where i can get a 250W m/h bulb kit

bulb wise I'd seach for a hydroponic shop on line, as tend to list all lamps specs.
Or search online for the model u want and ask local shop (cnw,ideal ect)

U want one with a hi cri index and darn close to 5200k If I'm correct

Hi Guys,

I have decided to sell my DIY PJ. It's a standard LL design in a MDF box. 15" 1024 x 768 monitor. I got it from Ankur 3 years ago & it's been in storage all that time (moved home 2 times & had no chance to polish it off) .

AFAIK it just needs final assembly, paint & something to point it at... Come have a squiz if you are interested. Price $400 (no offers please)
