Ok, I have an IBM T540.
The panel is made by Toshiba
that's data only
The problem is here. The panel has 3 neuters, 2 from the horizontal board, and the 3rd one from the vertical board on the side. This last one has been cut off by my awkardness
Can this be welded? [is that verb ok?]
Or I have screw up everything?
Can this neuters be avoided? Or I will have to connect them to a wire and then to sth more...
This panel is driving me crazy

Ok, I've solded em and I think It will work
But, when I'm making the projector, must this 3 pins be connected, with a wire or somehow?

If by "neuters" you mean ground connections, then yes they do need to be connected.
You also seem to be using a laptop TFT. Just checking that you realise that you can't use that panel with any other kind of laptop. Bit of a limitation. When the laptop becomes obselete, you need to rebuild the projector!
