I just bought a VGA Data switch so that I could switch between my Xbox360 and the computer without constantly unplugging and repluging the vga cables. Went the Data Switch route because they are cheaper and thought I wouldn't need the extra ports. Anyways, the switch works fine with the xbox but when the computer is hooked the image is doubled slightly, with one being fainter and slightly to the left. The computer resolution is 1280x1024, ...and don't know the xbox res off hand. I know its not the cables since I have switched them out.

Is anyone using a data switch or KVM without this problem?

Big thanks ahead of time!

do you have any info about the switch? model number, etc..?

Some of those devices have trouble with very high resolutions, (more so with KVMs) and may be more likely to have the ghosting effects you describe.

If you have the model number, I may be able to tell you more.

Thanks,
