Well after running some light tests (pictures later) the 5A 250V fuse will not cut the mustard. (As the saying goes) The 5A fuse blows instantly on strike, had to go one up to the 6A. Anyone out their with the Sylvania ballast at 4.1A 120V, the surge for strike will blow a 5A fuse.
