After using the unfinished projector about 5 times, the eballast doesn't want to strike the bulb any longer. I have confirmed that power is definitely getting to the ballast with a voltmeter, and that there is no voltage coming out of the blue wires. There is also no carbon marks on the mogul base. I don't hear any audible clicks anymore like it used to. Is there anything that I can do to fix it, or am I stuck with having to get another one?

i don't think the eballast is a great product, but it works. if you're looking for a ballast you may want to shop around first. pay a little extra for something that is not as crappy. you'll thank yourself later. i'm not happy with the eballast. i use it, but if this one dies i'm buying something else.

watch were you buy from, some store will not be as nice as lumenlab. the support i got form LL store is one of the best i've seen. they had a replacement in the mail with in days of mine dying. at least they stand behind their warranty.
Andy
do you have to return the broken eballast? because im in the u.k, this could be a hassle,

thanks
