Ok so im sorry this is in the wrong spot but it kinda isnt. I had to get a new ballast and it was recamended to get one from http://www.hidirect.com/. I would just like to let you guys know im in Ny their in Ohio and 23 hours after I placed the order the thing showed up at my door, crazy!, I didnt pay for any crazy shipping. I think i paid 53$ for a the ballast and shipping, and its a 400 w core and coil one for the sd400dd bulb

This is just speculation, but just because hidirect is located in Ohio it does not mean the package originates from Ohio. Hidirect may order the package shipped directly from the factory to you. The factory may be located in New York. I suspect this because when I make multiple purchases from some internet sites I will get them packaged differently and recieve them days apart. This is a clue that they are being shipped seperately. I once purchased parts from a computer from Tigerdirect (I think. I use a bunch of places). I got the case one day, the motherboard another, the hardrive another. etc. It makes sense from a business perspective. If they can simply make a phone call and have it shipped directly to you from the factory then they save on labor and shipping. this is why many internet sites are so cheap.
