well so ive finally read the post labelled EBALLASTS do's and dont's, a proper understanding of what your eballast really is

and lol that sounds just like mine, it got really 2 hot to touch twice and not it wont go to the second stage so im guessing its a bad cap, my question is if the home depo bulb im goign to try later doesnt work, can I send this into LL maybe pay some money and get it repaired/replaces, not really under warranty, or do you guys know of some super cheap ballest local or net i can buy instead

I have the tescorp case so I probaly wont hear anything and also, I would like to get a little money out of it so idk who would fix these things locally

Mine ran hot since day one and just today it blew my second bulb after about 4 months of use. I'm done with the eballasts and going to switch to a core coil ballast. You only get a 30 day warranty from LL so that will only cover defective units.

Check your local phone book for electrical suppliers, or repair, they can usually take a look at it, and maybe fix it.
