My search isn't working. Sorry if this is not a compatible monitor, but with the FFC fixes available, this may be better than chancing a refurb, etc.

$250 dollars after rebate, free shipping, most likely will have to pay tax if there is a Bestbuy in your state.

Something to remember, though. There are 2 different 15" mags, the LT501, and the LT565. I know the LT501 has the FFC issue, but the 565? I wonder which one the diybuildergroup quote is referring to, since it gives no model # to reference...

I don't know why buyt I have this crazy feeling that the MAG LT series is the smae thing as BenQ. They have all of the same specs and similar part numbers. I'm looking at one right not that is the exact same as the FP567s, but instead of being called 567 it's 576. Let me know what you guys think...

CNET editor's take

Like other low-cost LCDs, Mag's LT565 delivers substandard image quality. If you can't afford a better LCD, stick with CRTs. Read full review

At a glance
Editors' rating: 5.5 Mediocre

User rating:
The good: Inexpensive; sturdy construction; easy-to-operate onscreen-display controls; generous policy on bad pixels.

The bad: Poor focus; light leaking across pixels distorts colors; narrow viewing angles make the screen hard to see from side or top.

The bottom line: Like other low-cost LCDs, Mag's LT565 delivers substandard image quality. If you can't afford a better LCD, stick with CRTs.
