I have a Samsung 151s on transit due on June 1, but have a 3 day weekend coming up! Does anyone know the measurements of the 151s lcd panel so I can build a box... or should I just build it the standard size?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news... Samsung 151s had an FFC issue - at least mine does. Check these numbers to see if your is the same; if so, send it back in the same box it came in. My 2c.

It does strip very nicely. I still intend to use mine because I can't return it. Currently I'm dealing with extending my FFC.

There's some info here on the 151s.
It says there's no need to lengthen the short FFC.
Edit: link didn't work, try this:

search for 151s

BTW, it's 16.2 million colours. Always check the manufacturer's site if you want to be sure. There's lots of bad info out there.

Not sure if I understand HOW it isn't too short........ Doesn't appear that the cable would be long enough to allow the 2 board to be moved off the panel.

Is that the
2 - HFJ20CT-ND CONN FPC/FFC 20POS .5MM HORZ SMD
1- HFF-20U-06-ND CABLE FLAT FLEX 20POS 0.5MM 6"
specs look right... how do you connect the 2 connectors together? Solder wires between the pins?
