Full Version: Utilizing existing Phillips 65"

I have a Phillips 65" rear projection that is starting to go. I have pulled the back off before and all of the electronics are mounted on a plate that can be slid out of the chasis leaving the entire space empty. Is it feasible to try to install the LumbenLab components in here and utilize the existing mirror and screen?
Thanks

Someone has already done this and has a detailed plog, I don't remeber but search on RPTV should find it. His results were really good even with a lot of light in the room.

Look for SPK'S rear projection plog.

Here is my plog on converting a 60". So far I have been pleased with the results.
To get a 65" a little more room will be needed than what I used. I could not get it to fit in the existing cabinet but was able to get it in the entertainment center.
