Hi, I was just wondering if there are any LCDs that are 17" or lower that support 720p directly without using powerstrip? because I want to be able to use a vga box of some sorts and just have it support 720p. Most monitors seem to stretch when set on 720p. Any such monitors that aren't over 300$? Thanks.

720p will fit in a 1280x1024, but what he is asking is, can the LCD drive a 720p signal directly, most LCDs will only scale from the standard resolutions 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 .... Most don't directly support 720p and require powerstrip running on a HTPC or a converter box (N6).
