Incredibly easy. I was worried from all the horror stories, but it was easy and painless. Put 3 layers of paper towels on top of the LCD (after removing from frame). Used masking tape to cover the FFCs. Took a spray bottle with distilled water, sprayed about 8 oz of water initially. Took a roasting pan and placed it on top, put a 3 inch thick phone book in it to provide some weight spread evenly across the LCD. Resprayed water at the 1 hour, 2 hour and 3.5 hour marks.
Four and a half hours later, peeled up the AG from a corner with my fingernail, whole thing came off clean and in 1 piece, doesn't look like any polarzier stuck to it.
I'm letting it dry now, I'll reinstall and give a status report, probably tomorrow. Hopefully the water didn't damage anything.
