I'm starting my first projector with a 17" Dell 1702FP LCD monitor and the Pro Lenses from Lumemlab.com.

I haven't received any of my parts yet, however I've actaully already started building my box and mounted my monitor. I'll post photos soon of what I have so far. My monitor is sitting back 600mm from where the Pro Lens Triplet will be. I will then add 100mm adjustiblity to the Pro Lens Triplet (550mm to 650mm).

The box won't be anything fancy, just a straight unsplit projection like the Lumenlab design. I am making the box a with a little more height so I can store my circuit boards, cables, balast, etc. below the actual projection of light. I was even thinking about sealing the lower section off to create a tunnel of air flow to cool the LCD.

I'll post some designs I have been working on next...
