15" SVGA OHP to be upgraded into 15.4 WUXGA, It cant get more ghetto than this Options

OK so here is all my work from last summer. It is a 3m 9200 OHP with a 400w halogen bulb, rated at 2500 lumens. The panel is an HP f50. DO NOT BUY THIS PANEL FOR DIY!!! Terrible mistake. Nearly impossible to fix ffc issue, had to solder 18 pins from the side board to a butchered LL ffc extension. Not only that, but the controller board attaches to the lcd not by cable, but by a hard, slightly flexible pcb with nonstandard connections. Oh well, i got the panel off ebay, so no returns. I made the best of it and made a mount out of legos . AG strip went well, but has massive screen door in solid color patches. The fresnel is not big enough to cover the whole lcd, so i send a svga signal to be centered on the XGA panel. Looks better than xga for dvds with the exception of the screen door. My success with this has led me to wanting to build a 1080 beast that is not so ghetto. Just ordered the lens for that (18" Spotlight brand lens, 5 3/8 dia). Sorry for cellphone pics, i couldn't get my camera to turn on.

Hmm only 110k? wow...

The whole works sitting in fron of the a ghetto window shade (my blanket) becuase the light form the streetlights makes for annoying glare -- it shoots through my blinds)
